Co-directors Lynn Jencon and Terri Valeriano put in countless hours of preparation in addition to their leadership during VBS. Registration was handled by Linda Schott and Gloria DeLeon (also timekeeper). Leading crafts was Patty Domagala and Jan Borders Rossi. Shirley Bookwalter (of Essex) and Kaye Sanchez told stories. Kitchen staff included Jeanne Van Patter, Judy Logan, and Mae Byerley. Other adult leaders included Donna Calhoun, Ronette Schuck, and Mary Landolina. 38 children participated, and we were blessed with 17 dedicated youth leaders* for leading games and our 5 groups – The Blue Owls, Green Donkeys, Orange Cats, Red Dolphins, and Teal Turtles. Plus we raised over $875 to provide scholarships for 5 Liberian children!
